Fire Risk Assessments
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes specific requirements for fire precautions on premises or within the vicinity of premises where the effects of fire can harm persons.
The FSO will apply to most premises and for this reason you must carry out a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment.
The Fire Risk Assessment
The Fire Risk Assessment is a structured and systematic evaluation of your premises which should be undertaken at least once a year. The assessment will identify any hazards from possible fire points to escape routes and signage.
